You might have wondered about the design of our buildings. What do their shapes mean? Why have they been created in these forms?

Well, we really hoped you'd ask because we put a lot of thought into it. Our first priority was harnessing as much natural sunlight as possible, so that it illuminated your house throughout the day.

We took great care in designing the structure to ensure that the sun shines in your garden from 9 in the morning, gently moving its warmth to the terrace as the day unfolds. We made sure to place the roof slopes at just the right angles, letting the golden hour's rays into your environment in all their glory. And to bring even more natural light into the living room, we added an open staircase and a generous glass wall near the terrace.

We understand from our own experiences that a beautiful house alone is not sufficient;
